Saturday, December 19, 2009, 6:44 PM Korea Seoul Day 1 The flight to Korea was very smooth. I sat next to a Korean guy who was very quiet and kept to himself most of the time. During meal time, he woke me up and help me with opening my rice for Bibimbap. :D Only the words "Thank you, Excuse me" were used. No talking to strangers like Dad said. We arrived Korea at 550am sharp. There were many flights coming to Korea this morning. We had to share the same belt with 2 other planes. So silly don't you think so? Sharing a belt with 2 other planes at 6am in the morning.. I waited for my big yellow luggage, and went out to call Ko son. I was clueless to using the payphone, and had to finally ask someone's help after repeated failures. The ride from the airport was nice and cool. There were many bridges between the Han River that stretches till the end of Seoul. We arrived, and I unpacked my stuff, giving out the X'mas gifts. :DDD I was hungry and ate again. It was brown rice this time.. We changed and went out, to Itaewonland Suana. It was an interesting experience. It's a pity that I did not manage to take pictures. After the suana, we went to Myungdong for lunch at a eatery and ordered spicy seafood soup. I was SUPER HOT! We shopped, and I bought many of the products I wanted to get myself from Faceshop. Walked around and we went to this stationery shop in one of the malls. I got myself an organizer and some stickers. :DDD We took a cab home after that as we were all very tired. Ate dinner, and I'm going to bed soon. SUPER TIRED! I was doozing off. It's 9pm Korea time and 8pm Singapore time. Friday, December 18, 2009, 10:11 PM Airport Mania I feel cold here.. My coat is in the luggage!! Everyone is either wearing jackets or holding their coats in their hands..\ But I'm just lugging an empty luggage with my cushion and wool cardigan. Oops. I feel... I don't know. Excited? Cause its my first time travelling alone. I feel touched that my dad called just to tell me not to talk to strangers. Dad's are fierce, but sweet in the heart. <3 Doubtful? Cause I don't know Korean, and I hope I'm going to be sitting next to someone nice on the plane. Just to let my friends and family know.. I'm doing great, and I'm all ready for the COLD!! (Right.. First, Long johns Second, Long Sleeve Third, Jacket Fourth, Coat Fifth, Scarf, Gloves, Beanie/ Hoodie What else? Or should I wear like 2 long sleeves? Suggestions? I look forward to Bangkok, my birthday and Holidays to come! :DDD August is definitely a time for me to drag all my friends out to meet me, on the excuse that its my birthday! If they don't turn up, I'll.. I'll.. I'll chop them into pieces! Just kidding! >< It kills to know that I have SCHOOL on my birthday, on a Saturday. I wna go to the ZOO on my birthday. Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 11:29 PM Penang day 2 It's the 3rd day, but I'm updating on yesterday's events. :D I kinda laze in the morning, watch my Taiwanese drama that I borrowed, and to realized that it wasn't the drama that I had wanted to watch. :( I paid $8 just to watch it. We went for lunch in the afternoon and ate the "Best" Chendol in Penang, and the "Best" Wan Ton noodle and Oyster Omelette. My dad's car got scratch by a motorbike while reversing, causing a tiny hole cum scratch there.. Poor car. Next, we went to a Nonya Museum where the 'Little Nonya' show was film. Took alot of pictures there.. I shall upload it when I come back. :) Went shopping at Gurney Plaza for about an hour or so before rushing to have Hainanese dinner.. It was funny the way we had to rush there, cause last order was 830pm and we left the mall only at that time.. And I was betting with my dad that we would be able to reach there.. :DDD HeeHee. I won!! After dinner, we went for the Pasa Malam outside our hotel. There weren't many stuff.. But its totally different from those in Singapore.. Yeah~ That's the end!
