Sunday, February 22, 2009, 11:56 PM 2 Hour Delivery PizzaHut makes me angry. I can't really describe how I feel, but I blame it on poor management. They can't cope, but yet they have to make money. Argh. It was my auntie's off day today, so we would be eating dinner at home. I ordered a Large Pizza, Spicy Drumlets, and Garlic Bread at 720pm and was told that it would arrive by 820pm the latest. That's fine. I also won't blame them for not answering the phone cause that's when the peak period to order was.. By 840pm, the pizza had not arrived. I called to enquire a few times, but no avail. So, I dialed for a new order and someone answered. By then, it was already 910pm with the pizza somewhere in Singapore. The nearest PizzaHut outlet was at Hougang Green which was less than a 10 min car journey. I was damn freaking PISSED. What's the use of apologising? I want my PIZZA! Stupid PizzaHut. If your driver loses their way, get them to call the customer! We would gladly help. We're not like some unfriendly customer who won't help. Besides, we of course would want our pizza to reach us asap too. And so... 2 hours later, the pizza FINALLY ARRIVED. The box was warm, and the Pizza? Half warm, nearly cold.
