High Bus Fares For Students in Singapore
Dear all,
Petition: High Bus Fares for Polytechnic students
There is a petition started by a Polytechnic student, asking the Bus Companies to revise the fares for Poly students. Currently the Poly students are paying much higher. This is because the Polytechnic is classified under Tertiary Education, but it is not for the Junior Colleges (JCs) and Institute of Technical Education (ITE).
As a Poly student myself, I feel that it is unfair that SBS Transit and SMRT are charging the Poly students almost double for the bus and train concessions when compared to those in the JCs and ITE.
If you feel that it is unfair and biased that the Bus Companies are charging us higher, please sign this petition: SIGN PETITION!!
Read this from Edwyna's blog, and I IMMEDIATELY went to sign the petition. Really luh. The increase in bus fare is killing me. SIM is like the only Recognized Private Institution approved by the Government that DOES NOT HAVE TERTIERY EDUCATION STUDENT PASSES!!! What in the world is our country doing? To think they can neglect such minor matter. I feel that my country is falling man. FALLING! T.T
We students are so miserable.Labels: my memories stays imprinted., Rambles., Singapore's Nightmares, Unhappy Days =( сяύсїғιέđ tяixїέ ™
